How Do You Ship My Order?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide Shipping from our warehouses in the US by USPS. We also ship to all 50 states.
We ship using USPS Priority Mail, The delivery takes 1-3 days but on very rare occasions your order could take up to 7 days or more to arrive.
Late deliveries occur during a pandemic reason, public holidays, weather changes or other situations that is TOTALLY our of our control
If you face any situations like this you are likely to submit for a replacement with our support team and we will get it handled.
How long does it take to process my order?
Depending on when you placed your order, Fulfillment takes 1-3 days as well.
To keep up the quality of our dates we pack and ship fresh dates, This requires a small window of time to allow for picking, cleaning, sorting, inspecting, and packing dates.
Quality Control is important here at OmaviDates and we do thank you for your patience.
Some orders could take longer to prepare as well, If any delays occur we will reach out to you and notify you when you should expect your order to be completed.

What if there is a mistake in my order?
Sometimes a mistake can occur during the checkout procedure, such as wrong address, wrong order, invalid information etc..
If you realized their was a mistake in your order please contact our team immediately to get it resolved before we ship your order.
Remember, Once an order is shipped you gain full responsibilities that the information provided is correct, If there is a mistake after your order has been shipped we can't do much about it and you will be fully responsible for paying any extra fees including shipping costs and product cost.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Additional Things to look out for.
- If your package is undeliverable and/or requires updating of information, you will be responsible for additional carrier fees when applicable.
- If your package is undeliverable and should you decide to cancel your order, all carrier fees will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
- If your package is undeliverable and is brought back to our facility, you have 2 business days to reroute the package, additional fees may apply.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We normally pack and ship with extra fruit added due to the fact that when dates are shipped they tend to lose a little of their moisture and this could result the dates to arrive weighing a little less.
Due To the situation with Covid-19 we are not accepting any returns.
